Hi. I’m Megan Norrell, founder and CEO of Trending Talent. For the past decade, I’ve partnered with Chick-fil-A teams to transform their talent processes, leveraging market trends and data-driven strategies to optimize hiring. With nearly ten years of recruiting and hiring experience for Chick-fil-A locations, I bring proven insights as a Subject Matter Expert. My consulting style approach empowers you with actionable strategies to build a thriving talent process.
Personally: I am a wife and mother to 3 children, my youngest being special needs. I enjoy doing anything outside, traveling, working out, and enjoy spending time with good company.
Professionally: I have worked with Chick-fil-A Operators and Teams for almost a decade in Talent. I work with teams to optimize the Hiring Process. I’ve developed an effective hiring system that simplifies the application process for candidates, provides clear guidance for store managers, and ensures a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
